Who We Are

Tony and Vicki Dedio opened Naples Trust Home Services in August 2006. As a Realtor, Tony saw the need for home watch and property management services as many of his clients were purchasing investment real estate and had no one local to oversee it. That company thrived as a Mom and Pop shop and was expanded to include investors’ portfolios of properties. With the expansion, the home watch needs diminished and we were renamed Naples Trust Property Management in 2014. Currently, Vicki is the CEO of Naples Trust Property Management as Tony’s real estate company continues to flourish. We strive to help owners manage their investment homes in all aspects as well as inspire tenants to feel the house they are living in is their home.
